6th annual Starts in one Week!
The #F3MayChallenge is a chance to prove what you’re capable of. It’s more than miles, merkins, and squats — it’s a month to show determination, resilience, and grit, one workout at a time. Every rep completed and every mile covered is a reminder that you can push past fatigue and keep moving forward.
Teams of four PAX will compete throughout May, earning points for standard F3 exercises tracked in Google Sheets, along with weekly mini-challenges for bonus points. The format is simple, familiar, and built to encourage daily outdoor workouts, accountability, and team competition.
Most of the challenge is the same as last year: same core exercises, same point system, same easy tracking. We just need you to bring the energy and make this year’s May Challenge the best one yet

2026 Mini-Challenges Lineup
- Week 1: Lunges Squared ( Each Burpee = 4 pts )
IronPAX-style beatdown to rack up serious points and grab bonus points for your team. See - Week 2: F3 HYROX ( 2000 pts + FNG bonus )
HYROX is one of the fastest-growing fitness competitions out there. We’re building our own F3-style HYROX event. Plenty of bonus points on the line, especially since many of the movements don’t normally earn May Challenge points. We’re looking forward to partnering with you to make your region’s HYROX epic! - Week 3: 4000-Point Day ( 1000 pts )
Pick one day in week 3 and go all-in for 4,000 points! - Week 4: The Murph ( 1000 pts )
Memorial Day classic. It wouldn’t feel like May without a Murph on the board.

Want to Help Out?
We’re putting the finishing touches on this year’s May Challenge systems:
- Backend scripts that automate scoring and reporting
- Website content and challenge descriptions
- Tracking spreadsheets and tools
We’re always looking to improve and fix mistakes. If you see something that looks off, say something.
The permissions for the tracking sheets should be sorted out now. You should be able to view the main score tracking spreadsheet and find your Team’s point tracking spreadsheet for entering your reps/bonus/miles/etc
