Happy Cinco de Mayo

Which is better, Taco Tuesday or the mini challenge Lunges^2?   Both are awesome, but the lunges square is a money-back guarantee workout to make your legs sore. Your welcome and great work.

Week 2 HYROX Challenge

The HYROX challenge is coming, and based on the amount of feedback we’ve received, you guys are as pumped as we are.

To help you pull off your CSAUP event, we put together a quick video explaining how we plan to run our event:

F3 May Challenge – Week2 HYROX

To help structure your thinking:

This may be a free event, but it should be treated like a real HYROX—an event you would happily pay hundreds of dollars for, just so someone can shout NO-REP at you. The goal is not to find the minimum acceptable standard; the goal is to lead from the front and set the standard for the other guys.

Another way to think about it: there are 2,000 bonus points on the table, so expect 2,000 points of effort. You could skip HYROX and go run 20 miles, or you could show up and have a great time with a bunch of other CSAUP guys.

How to Enter Your Points

  1. Open the  May Challenge 2026 Score Sheet
  2. Find the  Team Leaderboard tab.
  3. Scroll Column I (“Link to Your Team’s Page – NOT SORTED”) to find your team’s sheet.
  4. Click the link, then enter reps/miles/weight under your F3 name.
This is the ONLY editable sheet.

Get after it! 💪
