F3 comprises a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Its mission is to establish, nurture, and support small workout groups for men, fostering male community leadership.
F3, launched in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and now spanning more than 40 states with 4000+ weekly workouts, owes its success to the dedicated efforts of men whose lives have been transformed by their involvement. See F3Nation.com to see more about the national organization.
The name embodies Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith, the latter referring not to any specific religion but to a belief in something beyond oneself.
Participants in F3 range from young children joining Dads workouts to individuals in their 60s, 70s, and even 80s.
Our workouts:
- Are free of charge
- Are open to all men
- Take place outdoors regardless of weather conditions
- Are led by rotating men without requiring formal training or certification
- Conclude with a Circle of Trust
We welcome men of all fitness levels to join us; no membership is needed beyond showing up at the scheduled time and following the workout leader (known as the “Q” in F3 terminology).
Our Credo: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.
